HVAC-to-Solar Cross-Company Data Pipeline

One of the highest-ROI automations built

Built an automation that extracted customer data from the HVAC company, reformatted it, and pushed it into the solar company’s call center CRM — enabling outbound solar sales calls to warm, pre-qualified existing customers. AC customers already trusted the brand. They were high-conversion targets for solar.

The revenue generated from this single automation represented a substantial return — built by one person, powered by an affordable CRM license.

ReadyMode Predictive Dialer — Full Integration

Tune-up campaign alone: Seven-figure annual return

Integrated ReadyMode predictive dialer with GoHighLevel. Built smart list filters segmenting customers by completed work history, prior contact, and never-contacted status. The dialer always pointed at the highest-value audience. New leads were also fed directly into the dialer — ensuring no fresh lead sat untouched.

The AC tune-up campaign ran off a single low-cost dialer seat and generated seven figures in annual revenue. One automation. Exceptional ROI.

GoHighLevel CRM — Built from Zero

Inherited a database with 60,000 contacts — the result of two separate 30,000-lead uploads that had destroyed data integrity. Cleaned the entire database while keeping the call center running and learning the platform simultaneously. Then built GoHighLevel from the ground up into an enterprise CRM powering sales, marketing, and communication across all three brands.

Monday.com — Core Contributor

Was a core contributor to building Monday.com as the company’s operations and project management system — responsible for approximately 60% of the build, particularly all automations and integrations. Integrated with GoHighLevel via Zapier. Rebuilt and re-integrated every time ownership changed direction — which happened multiple times over 4.5 years.

ServiceTitan ↔ GoHighLevel Integration

When ownership moved all appointments into ServiceTitan, built the full two-way integration connecting ServiceTitan to GoHighLevel — so appointments created in the field ops system triggered automated customer communications through the stronger communication platform. Eliminated double-entry, automated touchpoints, reduced errors.

Automation & AI Systems

Zapier Automation Ecosystem

19,000+ tasks/month at peak

Personally built 70–80% of a Zapier automation infrastructure that grew to 19,000+ tasks per month across all three companies. Covered sales, permitting, scheduling, HR, QA, reporting, and operations. Progressively replaced Zapier with direct Google Apps Script API integrations as skills evolved — eliminating middleware cost and latency.

AI Audio Call Monitoring & Coaching

Built an AI-powered audio QA pipeline monitoring sales and service calls for performance and procedural compliance. Scored rep performance. Fed coaching data to management automatically. Built end-to-end using ChatGPT API and Zapier. No third-party vendor. No outsourcing. Built entirely in-house.

HVAC Job Completion Compliance & Photo Verification

Built an automated compliance workflow for HVAC job completions. Extracted photos from completed ServiceTitan jobs, saved and renamed them to Google Drive, then analyzed them using AI to: verify photos were not duplicated using image hashing, check for missing required items, and generate real-time compliance reports pushed to management immediately after job submission — so decisions could be made before crews left the job site.

Fleet Oil Change Tracking — Agentic Workflow

Agentic workflow that extracted data from Take Five Oil Change invoices, matched each to the correct vehicle on the Monday.com fleet board, and automatically updated oil change dates, current mileage, next service mileage, and the maintenance log. Sent a daily human-in-the-loop summary email confirming what it did, what it found, and flagging any failures. The system understood unstructured invoice data, matched it to structured records, updated multiple fields, and reported on its own actions.

ElevenLabs AI Voice Agent — Built & Ready

Built a fully functional AI voice agent using ElevenLabs for voice synthesis connected to Twilio. Designed for both outbound AI calling campaigns and inbound AI receptionist workflows. Integrated call logging back into Google Sheets for conversation tracking and AI training analysis. Built, tested, and ready to deploy. Ownership wasn’t ready to pull the trigger. The infrastructure was complete.

Field Operations & Logistics

Weekly Vehicle Inspection Compliance — Agentic Workflow

Built a weekly vehicle inspection compliance system starting every Monday. Tracked whether inspections were completed across 50+ company vehicles. Sent automated reminders for non-completion. Escalated to formal written warnings and suspension notices as the week progressed without compliance. Kept management notified throughout with a daily log for real-time oversight.

HVAC Truck Inventory Management System

Built a weekly inventory management system for HVAC technicians. Techs selected needed inventory via a digital form. The system generated a pull list so inventory could be prepared and restocked to their trucks. Tracked whether inventory checks were completed, sent warnings for non-completion, and escalated reminders as the week progressed.

Samsara Fleet Telematics Integration

Integrated Samsara fleet tracking with existing systems to deliver driver behavior alerts — idling, camera obstruction, and other infractions — without purchasing Samsara’s costly add-on modules. Built workaround integrations to deliver the same accountability and alerts at a fraction of the cost, saving significant per-vehicle monthly fees across a 50+ vehicle fleet.

HR, Communications & Digital

GoHighLevel HR Agency — Recruiting & Onboarding Automation

Created a separate GoHighLevel account for HR automation — integrated with Indeed and internal systems to automate recruiting pipelines, onboarding workflows, and HR processes across all three companies.

Digital Marketing & Tracking Infrastructure

Was part of the team that tightened up digital marketing operations across all three brands. Contributed to connecting ad platforms to GoHighLevel using Google Tags and Facebook Pixel so leads could be properly tracked from click to appointment to close. Helped identify that existing campaigns were generating leads without proper attribution — fixing the tracking infrastructure improved ROI visibility across Google Ads, Google Local Services, and Facebook Ads. Also involved in NAP consistency cleanup across digital platforms — name, address, and phone number alignment that directly impacts local search performance.

Spectrum Hosted Voice Phone System

Set up and managed the entire Spectrum hosted voice system. Built IVR call trees, routing logic, extensions, and call flow architecture across all three companies. Managed ongoing changes and troubleshooting.

Authored comprehensive procedural manuals covering call center operations, roofing installation standards, solar installation, HVAC service, permitting, warranty, and service. Standardized operations across all three companies.

AI Application Development & Industrial Automation

Metallurgical Engineering Platform — Alloy Chemistry & QA Automation

Industrial manufacturing — wear resistance & specialty alloy production

Built a production-grade metallurgical engineering platform for a Tampa Bay-area industrial manufacturer specializing in thermal spray, hardfacing, and vacuum induction melt (VIM) alloy production. The platform replaced manual spreadsheet-based chemistry tracking with a fully automated system.

Key capabilities delivered:

Canonical alloy chemistry database covering 87 alloys across curated, imported, and internal layers — with a ranking engine that always surfaces the single best verified specification per alloy and size variant. Automated QA validation engine: lab uploads a new elemental analysis, the system instantly compares every element against approved canonical ranges and flags any out-of-spec result in real time. Full lot traceability — one click from any chemistry value traces back to the original source PDF, page number, and revision. Inventory tracking with low-stock alerts and lot-level visibility across the entire team. Charge Builder tool for metallurgists planning new melts — pulls live inventory and canonical chemistry rules to suggest optimal charge compositions. Audit-ready reporting with complete data provenance — built to withstand customer and regulatory traceability audits. Role-based access for operators, QA stewards, process engineers, and leadership.

Data Silo Consolidation & Business Automation

Built a fully automated data consolidation system for a Tampa Bay-area parts distribution business running disconnected platforms across Shopify, QuickBooks, and internal systems. Replaced manual data management with a live, delta-syncing architecture using Google Apps Script — all business data unified, real-time, and queryable without human intervention.

Key capabilities delivered:

Delta-sync automation connecting Shopify and QuickBooks — live inventory, orders, and financials in one place with no manual exports. Agentic workflow running independently that generated measurable ROI from day one. Clean data architecture delivered as a foundation the client extended into a full custom ERP.
