Our Commitments to Clients

Data Sovereignty Pledge

We do not use client proprietary data to train public AI models. We advocate for transparent AI systems where the end-user is always informed when they are interacting with an automated agent.

Beyond this core pledge, we commit to the following practices in every engagement:

  • Transparency by Default: We clearly disclose when AI is involved in any client-facing process, recommendation, or automated communication.
  • Explainability: We build systems that can explain their outputs in plain language, not just produce black-box results.
  • Minimal Data Collection: We collect and process only the data necessary to deliver the contracted service — no more.
  • Secure Architecture: All AI systems are designed with enterprise-grade encryption, access controls, and Zero Data Retention (ZDR) APIs where available.
  • Ongoing Monitoring: We recommend and implement continuous performance monitoring to detect model drift, bias emergence, or unexpected behavior over time.

Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Principle

We are strong advocates for the Human-in-the-Loop model of AI deployment. This means that for any AI system making decisions that affect people — whether approving a bid, routing a lead, or generating a contract — there must be a defined human review step before the output is acted upon.

We will not design or recommend fully autonomous AI systems for high-stakes decisions without explicit client acknowledgment of the risks and a documented human oversight protocol.

AI Hallucination & Reliability Disclosure

Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems can produce outputs that are factually incorrect, misleading, or biased — a phenomenon known as "hallucination." AMG AI Solutions discloses this limitation to every client and builds validation layers into all AI workflows to catch and flag unreliable outputs before they reach end-users or decision-makers.

Third-Party AI Sub-Processors

When client engagements require the use of third-party AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Cloud AI), we:

  • Disclose which platforms are being used and for what purpose.
  • Utilize enterprise-tier API access with Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements where available.
  • Ensure data is transmitted over encrypted channels and never stored beyond the scope of the immediate request.
  • Recommend clients review the privacy policies of all sub-processors used in their systems.

Responsible AI Advocacy

AMG AI Solutions actively supports the development of responsible AI standards and encourages our clients to participate in industry conversations about AI governance. We stay current with emerging regulations, including Florida state AI legislation and federal guidance, and update our practices accordingly.
